CONGREGATION X FASHION REVOLUTION #openfashionstudio
For last London Fashion Revolution week, Congregation hosted a series of events; experimenting interaction with the audience through performance to participative design workshops.
Friday night : Live performance
The duo dancers SISTA SISTA created an unique piece of work for CONGREGATION’s first collection. Inspiring from the relationship between space, movement and body; Collection1 finds its perfect completion through Madison and Lydia interpretation, they both performed wearing pieces from the Collection.

Saturday : Participative workshops
The series of live workshops exploring approaches to collaborative garment manufacturing and image making. We invited visitors to contribute creatively, working alongside members of the collective in a game of chance and improvisation to develop unpredictable outcomes.
Workshop1 : Styling by chance
Workshop2 : Fashion consequences
CONGREGATION X FASHION REVOLUTION T-Shirts have been made collaboratively and anonymously during last Fashion Revolution week in London.
Fashion Open Studio invited its audience and Congregation Design team to meet around a workshop of Fashion Consequences. Everybody joining the workshop rolled a dice to select which stage of the garment they will work on : front, back, sleeve... Participants carried on their task until the dice rolled again.
The result is a limited edition of three playful and bold T-Shirts. Each garment is up-cycled using t-shirts from charity shops that are deemed to be unfit for sale and cast to the charity shop rag bags.
Profit on CONGREGATION X FASHION REVOLUTION T-Shirt will be given to Princess Alice Hospice and Fashion Revolution Organisation.
